Annual Meeting & Spring Reception
Join OSUDC for our Annual Meeting and Spring Reception at Clyde’s in Tysons on Sunday, June 12! This is our biggest club event of the year and includes heavy hors d’oeuvres, open bar for reception hour, great raffle prizes, auctions for our club football tickets, and special guest speaker, Pulitzer Prize winning Editorial Cartoonist Nick Anderson!
Bid on our club Xichigan tickets, sign up for tickets to the Maryland game, and help us raise money for our scholarship fund, plus meet our 2016 scholarship recipients and their families. Tickets are $50 for OSUDC members, $70 for non-members, and are on sale now on our website! Tickets must be purchased in advance; last day to purchase is Sunday, June 5. Buy yours today!


 
B1G Night at Nats Park
Take me out to the ballgame! Big Ten Night at Nats Park is onTuesday, June 14, when the Nationals take on the Chicago Cubs, with alumni from all 14 B1G schools in center field! Tickets are $24 plus fees and are exclusively available to purchase from the Nationals website. Click here for details and to purchase tickets.

Ohio Cup 2016 & Picnic
Hey Buckeyes! Come on out to Ohio Drive on Saturday, June 4 starting at 10am to watch your OSUDC softball team compete for the Ohio Cup against Miami (OH), Dayton, and Ohio University. Grab a picnic basket and come out and support your team, enjoy the nice weather, and network with fellow Buckeyes and other Ohioans. Email Jeff at athletics@osudc.org for more information.



John Glenn Washington Academic Internship Program Outreach
The John Glenn Washington Academic Internship Program (WAIP) is looking for mentors and possible internship opportunities in Washington, DC. The Program is expanding into the international agency fields, and environmental policy areas. Without the support of local alumni, this program would not be as strong as it is.

This summer, WAIP will be hosting its largest class of fellows. We need your help with mentors.  Area of interests for this class of fellows are:

  • Agriculture, sustainable food, school lunch program
  • Criminal justice
  • International (education, policy, justice, etc.)
  • Budget/finance in the public sector
  • Think tank/research
  • Labor policy/pro-union policy
  • Environment and sustainability
  • Government affairs
  • Defense/security/intelligence

Host Football Gamewatches

Help us run football gamewatches this fall! Join the Gamewatch Committee and help run our halftime raffles. We’re able to award 3 scholarships to DC, MD, and VA students to attend Ohio State thanks in large part to the money we raise during football season at each of our official gamewatch locations.
