Ohio State vs MSU Gamewatches

Beat TSUN Happy Hour

Join OSUDC and the alumni of TSUN for our annual happy hour and canned food & clothing drive at RFD at 6pm on Monday, November 21!

Please bring the following items to be donated to DC Central Kitchen:

• Protein (frozen turkey, chicken, hams, etc.)
• Canned Protein- Tuna, Chicken
• Dry beans
• Brown rice or whole wheat pasta
• Assorted spices (bulk)
• Bulk flour (white and all purpose)
• Bulk sugar (brown and white)
• Winter coats
• Blankets
• Hats, gloves, winter socks

Today is the FINAL DAY to Help us raise money for Food & Friends by buying your Thanksgiving pies through our Slice of Life seller page!

Serve a Thanksgiving pie that will warm your heart and help your neighbors. Your purchase will provide healthy, home-delivered meals to a child or adult battling HIV/AIDS, cancer or another life-challenging illness. With these meals, you will provide vital nourishment, hope and comfort in their time of need.

Pie sales are open now! Buy yours by visiting our seller page here. Sales run through today, Thursday, November 17, and pies must be picked up at the site you select on Tuesday, November 22.

Capitals vs. Blue Jackets

The Columbus Blue Jackets come back to DC on Thursday, January 5! Tickets are on sale nowthrough the end of November. Whether you Rock the Red or you’re a Jacket Backer, join OSUDC and alumni from other Ohio universities for this Metropolitan Division matchup!

Tickets are $50 and include a free tshirt. Pick up your ticket at a pre-game happy hour at the Greene Turtle adjacent to Verizon Center starting at 5:30pm. Questions? Email Jenn.

OSUDC has service events in Fairfax County for Adopt-A-Highway throughout the year!

We’ll meet at the McDonald’s at the intersection of Lee Chapel Rd. and Old Keene Mill Rd. in Burke, VA at 9:00am this Saturday, November 19. The pickup is cancelled in the event of rain. Please contact Phil Gbur if you have any questions.

Toys for Tots Happy Hour

Tis the season for giving back!

Join Washington, D.C.-area alumni chapters of Ohio and The Ohio Society for a Toys for Tots collection from 6-8 pm on Thursday, December 1 on the lounge level of Public Bar in Dupont Circle.

We ask that attendees bring a new, unwrapped toy for the Toys for Tots Foundation (please no toys guns/weapons). There will be a Marine on hand to collect the toy donations, but if you are unable to attend and would like to donate, please click here.

Service Event: Food & Friends

Kick off B1G Ten Championship day by giving back in DC! There are still spaces available to join OSUDC for a service event at Food & Friends on Saturday, December 3 from 9am – 12pm. Visit our event page for details. You must RSVP to attend this event. Please email Katy Hogan to register.
