Volunteer with The Ohio Society & Honor Flight Columbus
On Saturday, September 30th, Honor Flight Columbus will bring World War II veterans from Ohio to visit their Memorial in Washington, DC. Members of the Ohio State Society have two ways to get involved:
– Serve as a Guardian for a veteran, which entails helping a veteran for the duration of their day-long visit to DC.
– Serving as a volunteer to welcome the veterans to the World War II Memorial in DC when they arrive. The time commitment is about an hour.
If you are interested in volunteering, please fill out this form: https://goo.gl/forms/lN5C60M19qPwPcMW2. Honor Flight Columbus or we will follow up with more information in the near future. Contact Andy Flick, Director of Charitable Events with any questions at ajflick@gmail.com
