How to Fix a Fundamentally Broken System
This summer, a National Academy of Public Administration panel that studied the federal civil service system released a white paper that concluded the current system was “fundamentally broken,” and recommended that the federal government establish a new human capital system to provide agencies with the flexibility to more effectively manage their missions.
Please join us at Liaison Capitol Hill at 6pm on Wednesday, October 11 to discuss the complex problems related to this issue and the challenges we face in solving them with two members of the panel, Jos Raadschelders and Ronald Sanders.
