February Happy Hour

Scholarship Update!
The Ohio State University Alumni Scholars Program for the Alumni Club of Greater Washington, D.C. Spearman Scholarship application is open for all DMV high school seniors starting at Ohio State in fall 2019! Thanks to donations from OSUDC Buckeyes, this year’s scholarships are $3000. If you would like to volunteer your time as a scholarship application reader, please email Richard Felty at scholarships@osudc.org.

Ohio State Alumni Volleyball
The volleyball season is starting soon! Are you interested in playing volleyball with OSUDC? Capital Alumni Network volleyball is a coed league, and the season runs January-March. For more information or to join us this winter, email Renita at athletics@osudc.org. Go Bucks!
OSUDC Membership Update
Recently The Ohio State Alumni Association unveiled a new method for alumni clubs and societies to collect membership dues. After a lot of careful consideration, OSUDC decided that this new method was beneficial both to the club, its current members, and all other alumni in the DC/Maryland/Virginia area. We are putting the final touches on this new method currently, but coming at the beginning of March, there will be a new way to pay your OSUDC membership dues. This new method will make your Club dues both tax deductible and count towards your OSUAA sustaining membership, which makes you eligible for football tickets and other great benefits. Be on the lookout for a rollout email and an updated website!
