Football Season Is Coming!

Help OSUDC raise money for scholarships at Buckeye Game Days! We need your help running Buckeye Game Days for OSUDC this season, especially this Saturday, September 3rd against Notre Dame (kickoff at 7:30pm)! Available for Purchase: 2 Tickets to Arkansas State vs. Ohio State at The ‘Shoe!

Want to see #2 Ohio State in Columbus early in the season? OSUDC has a pair of tickets for the Saturday, September 10 game against Arkansas State available for purchase. Game time has been announced for 12 p.m. EST. The pair of tickets are aisle seats located in 26AA, row 3, seats 1-2. The cost for the pair of tickets is $403. Please note, these are mobile tickets and will be transferred upon receipt of payment.

Ohio State @ Maryland

Tailgate Registration is now open!

Join OSUDC as the Ohio State Buckeyes visit the Maryland Terrapins this season on Saturday, November 19, 2022. OSUDC acquired a block of tickets for the football game, and each ticket includes a $5 donation to OSUDC’s Spearman Scholarship Fund. Click here to purchase tickets in our sections directly from the University of Maryland.

Tailgate
The OSUDC pre-game tailgate will take place in the C1 lot before the game with a menu provided by OSUDC Game Day partner Blackfinn Ameripub. Click here to register now. See below for parking information.


Ticket Pricing
Upper level tickets cost $77.99(including fees). Seats are located in the upper level, sections 302 and 303 on the north side of the stadium.

Lower level tickets cost $101.14 (including fees). Seats are located in the lower level, between sections 3, 202, and 203. A football seating chart for all sections is available here.

Time
The game time is TBD, Saturday, November 19th. A game time will likely be released one week before the game.

Metro
The nearest metro is College Park (green/yellow). The metro station is a distance from the football stadium, but there are Metrobus and University shuttles from the stadium. 

Parking
The OSUDC pre-game tailgate will take place in the C1 lot before the game with a menu provided by OSUDC Game Day partner Blackfinn Ameripub. We have LIMITED parking passes available – if you are planning to park in our lot, don’t wait! Click Here to request a parking pass in the C1 lot.

Additional parking spaces outside of the C1 lot can be purchased directly from the University of Maryland here.

Black Alumni Charity Golf Invitational

The Ohio State University Black Alumni Society will host its Inaugural Charity Golf Invitational at New Albany Links Golf Course in New Albany, OH tomorrow, Friday, September 2, 2022. The invitational is a 4-person team scramble and proceeds from this event will benefit the Black Alumni Society Fund and Scholarship Endowment. OSUDC has service events in Fairfax County for Adopt-A-Highway throughout the year!

We meet at the McDonald’s at the intersection of Lee Chapel Rd. and Old Keene Mill Rd. in Burke, VA at 9:00am on the pickup date. The pickup is cancelled in the event of rain. Please contact Phil Gbur if you have any questions.

Please note that this is an age 18+ years event, per DMV safety rules. Events may be canceled/rescheduled due to COVID-19 restrictions, this event will be updated if and when that happens.

We are thrilled to share that The Ohio State Alumni Club of Greater Washington, DC was recognized as The Ohio State University Alumni Association’s 2021 Club of the Year! Thank you to all of the Buckeye alumni and friends who joined us for virtual event programming throughout the 2020-2021 year.
