Maryland and Virginia License Plates

The Ohio State University Alumni Association has authorized the Washington, DC Alumni Club to process orders for specialized Maryland and Virginia license plates. The distinctive full-color Alumni Association logo is silk screened onto the plates.

Virginia License Plates

The Virginia OSU alumni license plates first became available in 2002. The cost is $25 per set per year. Personalized plates are $35 per set per year.

Order your plates on the Virginia DMV website, or complete and print the order form here and bring to your local DMV customer service center. (Check box for “College,” type “OHIO STATE UNIVERSITY.”)

Maryland License Plates

To order Maryland plates, please contact Bill Halsey. Plates may be displayed on cars, trucks, vans, motor homes, etc. There is a one-time charge per set. Proceeds from the license plates go towards our scholarship fund.

Plates and registration decals, good for the same amount of time remaining as your present registration, will be mailed to you by the Maryland MVA.
